MINI BALEERS

Ages 4-7 Available programs
Mini ballers will learn court geography and basic concepts of ball handling, shooting, and fundamental footwork. Developing these concepts as a young star will motivate the player and encourage confidence in the players game

YOUNG HOOPERS

Ages 8-10
This is a training program for boys/girls that focus on teaching core fundamentals in a fun challenging environment. Our coaches will target the basic fundamentals of the game, footwork, body postion, effective movement patterns, dribbling and shooting form. The young hoopers training program will get your baller ready for their first big game!!

DRILLS FOR SKILLS

Ages 11-14
This program players will learn advance footwork, ball-handling, moves to the basket, speed & agility in a competitive environment. Drills for skills will push players to challenge themselves to become more fundamentally sound, while developing a higher basketball IQ

NEXT LEVEL BALLERS

AGES 15 AND UP
This program is designed to prepare players for the different levels of High school basketball ( FROSH, JV & VARSITY). Players will conduct advance ball-handling and shooting drills at game speed. High volume of repetition will be used in workouts to create consistency in players overall game! Next level Ballers will use overload and contrast techniques in order to prepare players for higher levels of basketball.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

All Ages
This is our 1 on 1 training program that is detailed and deliberate approach to enhancing specific aspects of your game.This program is designed with a focus on your individual needs.

- SKILLS: in this program, highly experience coaches will work with player on ball-handling, shooting mechanics, scoring moves, perimeter play and post play while enhancing basketball IQ

- STRENGTH: complimenting skill training with functional strength training molds and improve mechanics so you can apply them to group workouts or game situations. Become a better athlete by addressing mechanical deficiencies in the weight room. These workouts develop total body strength while also offering basketball-specific training elements that improve on-court performance.

FREE ASSESSMENT
AREA 22 TRAINING

Ages 14 and up
Train in small groups of 2-4 athletes to mix with many of the advantages of individual training. Area 22 Training utilizes partner drills to create competition and improves conditioning with a faster flow than 1on1 workouts. Players learn how to utilize the proper muscles to move better on the court and focus on improving specific fundamentals based on the needs of the athlete!
